For all of
our customers we offer the opportunity to receive technical
support in addition to the basic 30 day warranty. There are
two plans available to assist you with the program. The first
is our Annual Maintenance & Support Program used by 90%
of our customers to ensure their software is continually updated.
This is a yearly fee of $495 that provides plan members an
average 3 hour or less response time for technical calls involving
any version of Atility. Support plan members also receive
upgrades to their software at no extra cost via the web. This
is a great savings for you since we continually upgrade the
software throughout the year.
If you choose
not to be a member of the technical support program you are
able to receive the same service at a rate of $95 per incident.
This can be purchased by credit card at the time of the call.
