Atility PLUS: Atility PLUS processes metered utilities in states and communities such as Texas, California, Michigan, and Arizona that require special calculations (ie. Blended rates, special fees & surcharges, low income/medical discounts, & local energy use taxes) It allows you to specify multiple utility suppliers and meters, as well as specify which units qualify for low income, medical, or other special discounts.

Meter Readings: Atility makes entering your readings simple. The screen shows the previous reading and the previous date for quick reference and allows you to sort the data by address or route. Users can manually enter the data, or third party Hand Helds are available.

Meter Rates: Meter rates can be as simple or as complicated as required. Complete with Graduated or standard variables, minimum or additional charges, optional varaiables, as well as options for California, Texas, Arizona, and Michigan.

Reports: Atility reports cover everything from Income Reports to Consumption Reports. All reports in Atility are hyperlinked to the customers records. This allows for quick reference and double-checking. With several reports to choose from, you can keep better track of your customers and meter information.
